I have the commercial one and it's definitely big, but if you do a lot of dehydrating, it's amazing. Way more capacity than the smaller ones, can handle huge batches. Just make sure you have the counter space!

It's a serious piece of kit. For a regular household, maybe overkill unless you're processing a ton of food from a garden or something. The 'digital' or 'stainless steel' home models are usually enough for most folks.
